In Topic, we have been collecting and recording rainfall. The children have collected rainfall over the past few weeks and have been recording this in a spreadsheet. It has been exciting to look at rainfall each week and see how much we are getting. In February, we went on a School trip to Charmouth. The children investigated how fossils are formed. This linked to our Science learning on rocks and fossils. The children were able to polish a fossil and take it home. Here is an example of their fossils. In Music, the children were learning to play the recorder and compose some music.
